Why do we lift weights?

In today's short video message I tell you the 3 reasons people lift weights.

Am I implying that weight lifting is bad?

Not at all. My real message is that too many people think that weight lifting is the key to fitness. It is not the key to fitness. The key to fitness is getting out of breath. Here is today's video message and after I'l give you a brief run down of what you SHOULD be doing to be MASSIVE results.

Lifting weights is a small part of the overall big picture of getting the fitness and the body that you want. It is a part but it is a SMALL part. If you realize that then you will getting better results. If not then this could be the reason that you are struggling. 

In a basic sense fitness is about confusing your body and causing your heart to beat really fast. You do this on a consistent basis and you will get results.

If you have been following my blog for any length of time you know that I am a huge fan of functional fitness. When you go to the beach you may find people that look great but are not really fit and you may find people (a higher percentage!) that look great and are fit! Be one of the latter!
