Have you ever tried to figure out who you are? Really. Have you ever tried to define yourself?
Have you ever asked the question: Who am I?
For some it may seem like a hard question to answer. Some of us have the answer pretty much figured out...or at least we think we do.
I am here to tell you the truth. Do you want to know who you are?
Go to your Facebook page and start scrolling.
Are you complaining about things that you can't change? Do you say things like "so over it" or are you using vulgar language? Are you sharing and posting about topics that have "sides": politics, abortion, gay rights, gun rights etc. Are you sharing videos about "bad" cops or about animal abuse or about death and crime?
All of these things may have a place in your life but what are you really doing when you share these things?
Do you argue with people on Facebook? Do you put down your spouse? What does it say about YOU when you do this? Do you complain to the world on Facebook about bad service or bad neighbors?
Again, what does this say about you?
Here is my favorite: "I can't stand Facebook there is so much drama!"
I have over 1500 friends and not one bit of drama. Wonder why?
Who you are is who you choose to be. Just remember that the way you identify yourself is the way that YOU identify yourself. Choice is yours.
Who are you?
