Ultimate Fitness in 50 Words

Eat often

Small meals as close to nature as possible

Nothing artificial

Nothing processed

Protein at every meal

Fruit early, veggies late

All fluid consumed should be water

Exercise every day

Do intense exercise two + days per week

Get lots of sun and avoid toxic substance on your skin

  1. Fruit early, veggies late? This is a new one for me. I tend to eat fruit all day long. Maybe I should change that.
