Fruit early, veggies late
All fluid consumed should be water
Exercise every day
Do intense exercise two + days per week
Get lots of sun and avoid toxic substance on your skin
Fruit early, veggies late? This is a new one for me. I tend to eat fruit all day long. Maybe I should change that.

Fruit = energy. Veggies = recovery. You need energy early and recovery late. There you go :)
